Accommodation and Airport pickup and drop
Provided prior arrangement has been made, you can be picked up from the airport by a representative of the GSBE. We understand the importance of students from overseas having comfortable and secure living arrangements within easy reach of the campus, and we can provide you with advice on the following accommodation alternatives:
- Home-stay, where you live with a local family
- Rented accommodation, such as apartments or houses
- Temporary short-term accommodation in hostels, dormitories and apartments
How to enroll in our programs
Please fill out our application form online and provide evidence of your previous academic studies and your proof of English language (if required). Take these documents to your Education agent and they will make all the arrangements with us.

Your step-by-step application guide
To become an GSBE student, follow the seven steps below.
Step 1: Choose your course
Find out which of our GSBE degrees and diplomas are the right fit for you. Consider your interests, career goals, and the level of qualification you wish to attain.
Step 2: Check the entry requirements
All GSBE degrees have academic and English language entry requirements. Review our list of entry requirements. If you find you don’t meet the entry requirements, please email admission office who can assist to find suitable pathways.
Step 3: Submit an application
Complete and submit the online application form. Alternatively, you can apply through an education agent. Make sure you complete your application carefully and include all supporting information, including proof of English language proficiency and academic transcripts. This will ensure there are no delays in the process.
Step 4: Accept your offer
Once GSBE receives and processes your application, if successful, you’ll receive a Letter of Offer. Sign and return your offer to GSBE. Upon successful assessment you will be asked to submit the Confirmation of Enrollment (CoE) Request Form to our Admissions Office with evidence of your payment to receive the CoE. You can then apply for your visa. Confirmation of Enrolment (CoE) will be issued through our partner institute: VM institute
Step 5: Apply for your visa
All international students require a student visa to come to Switzerland to study. For information on how to apply for your visa visit contact the nearest Swiss embassy.
Step 6: Find an accommodation in Geneva
Please contact international student office for assisting in finding a suitable accommodation
Step 7: Come to Orientation Week and enroll in classes
Now you’re ready to start life as an GSBE student! Come along to Orientation Week, enroll in your classes, meet your classmates and enjoy all the fun.
