This European Masters in Human Resource Management master degree prepare an elite human resource management professionals to face modern challenges.

In today’s unstable socioeconomic context, human resources have become a priority for organisations. Human resources directors have the important role of ensuring staff skills match the needs of their organisation in the short, medium and long term. Moreover, promoting a good quality of working life is nowadays of strategic importance and requires organisations to develop and adapt to new demands. The concept of liberated companies, remote working, digitalisation, artificial intelligence and corporate social responsibility are all new challenges to be navigated by today’s and future human resources managers.

The European Master’s in Human Resources Management provides students with the core skills and knowledge needed to become successful HR managers. The programme is primarily aimed at students who have already obtained a level-II (three or four years of higher education) degree in human resources.

Prerequisites:

The students should have following minimum requirement to be admitted to the programme

  • Hold a minimum level 6 (European) or level 2 (French) diploma (all courses or approved title) or Bachelor degree from a recognized academic institution.
  • International English language qualifications or completion of degree in English medium.

  • Copies proof of English proficiency English if you are not a native speaker or have not done any courses in English medium.
