A DBA (Doctor of business administration) is the equivalent of a PhD in Business Administration. While a PhD tends to be more of a theoretical or scholarly research based program, the DBA is more of an applied research based program. Many DBA candidates are executives who wish to pursue a higher degree while continuing to work full time. Because the DBA focuses on applied research, many students are able to directly apply what they learn to current business issues. Both the PhD and the DBA are terminal degrees.
Doctor of Business Administration (DBA) of Geneva School of Business and Economics (GSBE) is conducted in partnership with FEDE Research Institute.
The DBA (Doctorate of Business Administration) is a three-year doctoral program (on average) aimed at managers, consultants, experienced teachers or decision-makers wishing to enhance their career by pursuing research work. FEDE is accredited educational organization and offering accredited degree programs.
Each doctoral student is affiliated to the FEDE doctoral school, a school structured into 3 research and publication poles:
– The Trend pole (Luxury, Creation, Culture, Tourism)
– The Innovation pole (Ethical health, IT, Technology)
– The Governance pole (Management, Finance, Banking, Marketing, Human Resources)
